configure the register of S2MM affect MM2S?

Hi:

    I use the MM2S channel of VDMA  send  the data in ddr to HDMI interface.I can see what I write in the ddr on the monitor. And then I want test the S2MM channe.I set the start address of S2MM in another  region of ddr.But when I start  the S2MM channel  by set the S2MM  Vertical Size Register,I found that there is nothing on my monitor.

configure the register of S2MM can affect MM2S? This my c code initialize VDMA.
