Zynq UltraScale+ No interrupts ZDMA on RPU if load rpu-firmware via remoteproc

We decided to use part of memory for simple communication between APU and RPU. For fast copy on interface we need use ZDMA module. First thing was build reference project with name "xzdma_simple_example" on the base hw_zcu102 in SDK 2018.1 and load on Linux rpu-firmware (with edit linker script) with simple example. By debug info we guessed what test was not completed correctly. After that we load whis example via BOOT.bin and sample based test completed successfully. In the process of further debugging, it became clear that the execution of the code stopped in the process of poling the flag of the Done of an zdma interrupt. How loading via remoteproc (Linux driver) affects interrupts from internal modules?
