xilinx zynq processors

hi friends

please is there anyone can help me to connect multi - zynq processors (three zynq cores) in the same block design ?

how can I dell  with those  processors in the SDK tool ?

Hi @ahmedkhazal,

 

Yes this is possible. But if you are using a Zynq device it would be a waste not to use the Zynq cores. The zynq is an hard IP (is already in the device) while the MicroBlaze (MB) is a soft IP (needs to be programmed -> use FPGA resources)

 

You can also use both MB and zynq cores.

Hi @ahmedkhazal,

 

You can have only one zynq in a project. The Zynq IP represents your PS part which has multiple cores.

Then, in SDK you select which core you want to target.

 

The Zynq IP represents what I have highlighted, it contains the 2 cortex-A9 cores (for zynq-7000):

thanks friend ,is that possible to use multi-microblaze processors instead of zynq processors
