Artix 7 external high speed adc and dac support.

Dear support team.

I am using XC7A200T-2FBG676I device from artix 7 series family. I want to connect two external high speed adc and dac with it. specs follows...

ADC specs: 
Sample rate (Max) (MSPS): 500, 
Resolution (Bits): 16,
Number of input channels: 2,
Analog input BW (MHz):1200.
Features:High Performance, 
Input range (Vp-p): 1.9,
Power consumption (Typ) (mW): 2700,
Architecture: Pipeline, 
SNR (dB): 74.2,
ENOB (Bits): 12,
SFDR (dB): 95

DAC Specs: Dual, 16-Bit, 12.6 GSPS RF DAC and Direct Digital Synthesizer

Now my question is.
Is XC7A200T-2FBG676I is capable to handle these adc and dac ? Can I go with this artix 7 part or not.?
If not pls suggest compatible part.

best to check which interface the data converters use here. 

I'd expect they use JESD so I've moved this post to the Serial Transceivers board.

The interface is jesd204B.
I don't know artix 7 is compatible with JESD interface.

Hi @kaushal0506 ,

when you check with pg066, page 4, you can see that the JESD204B IP is supporting Artix-7.

For the ADC this could work if you go for a 2 lane setup as you do not go over the line rate of 6.6Gbps of the GTP.

But the DAC seems to use 15Gbps for the JESD link. This would be too much for Artix-7 GTP. You would need at least use Ultrascale GTH to reach that line rate. But check with the DAC, if you can reduce the speed here.

For your DAC it is important to know how many lanes.  Some DACs spread the data over 4 lanes or more that would run in the 3Gbps range (or less).
