Solved: Transceiver Parameter Value

Hi,

I am reading transceiver value from route.dcp file came into following as attachment:

V=X"42108"

X denotes hex value?

I am confused whether it is in decimal?

That would be hex. 42108 would probably be 4 GT's all with the TXDIFFCTRL[4:0] set to 5'b01000. 20'b0100_0010_0001_0000_1000 = x42108.
