Hello,

According to the UG476 user guide, transceiver reference clocks can be shared with the quad above and below.

Can we use a shared clock in multiple banks at the same time?

Yes, as long as it doesn't span more than 1 quad away from the input clock pins.  You could potentially use the same clock in three quads.
