Extracting hierarchy and signal information from ISE

Is there a way to extract hierarchy and signal information in text format from ISE 13.1?

I know ISE 13.1 has TCL/TK support but it seems to be quite restricted.

Thanks in advance

You are trying in ISIM Console or Project Navigator?

The database is called .wdb for ISIM. You can see that in the ISIM window. The only TCL command which may help you is "dump": Displays a list of variables, generics, parameters, and nets along with their values for the current scope of the design hierarchy.

You may want to have a look at all supported TCL commands for ISIM present at page 100 of the user guide: http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx14_4/plugin_ism.pdf
