Floating point operator IP simulation in vivado

Hello,

I am working on image processing project and in this, I want to implement log and division function so I am trying to use FP IP for these functions but i am not getting the correct output. I am expecting any explanation or description or suggestion or some examples to work on FP IP..

here i am attaching few details please find it and get back me.

I have taken half precision(5(exponent)+11(mantissa))

input1 = "01010 00000000000";

input2 = "00010 00000000000";



s_axis_a_tvalid :='1';
s_axis_a_tready : 'open';
s_axis_a_tdata : "01010 00000000000";
s_axis_b_tvalid : '1';
s_axis_b_tready : 'open';
s_axis_b_tdata : "00010 00000000000";
m_axis_result_tvalid : 'open';
m_axis_result_tready :'1';
m_axis_result_tdata : OUT STD_LOGIC_VECTOR(15 DOWNTO 0)

Dear @navin,

This is not the way of instantiating the IP. You have to give it a stream of data. You can write a testbench for it. Also, use the IP in Non-Blocking Mode if you do not wish to use the "Ready" signal. Keeping it open will not pass the data through it.
