[ISIM] [Memory Viewer] : Unable to see memory content in Radix is "signed decimal"

Hello All,

I, in my vhdl design ( read micro-processor) , fill up a memory (read register_file) in course of simulation. This memory is in form of RTL (no macro instantiation) and its size is 512 x 48 . In ISIM I found the memory tab , right next to the waveform viewer tab , which is very helpful to see the memory contents. Attaching a screen-capture in this regard.

However the contents all become '-1' when the radix of memory viewer is changed to 'signed decimal'. Please see the attached picture in next post.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Thanks

Chinmaya

Can you please have a try with the latest 13.4 ISIM?

If the same issue occurs, please open a webcase with Xilinx Technical Support to address this.
