Simulation Display vs Waveform Mismatch

Hello,

Has anyone seen an issue where the simulation display mismatches in a couple of ways?  I'm running Vivado 2013.1, but have tried this in ISE 14.4 as well on a Windows 7 64 bit machine.

From the attached file, the frame cnt register shows 917503, but in the waveform itself it shows 917489.  Also, in bit 6 of the frame cnt register, the position of the marker shows the bit to be 1 as a value, but in the waveform it is clearly 0.  The waveform is correct, but the Value listing is showing odd behavior.

Check that you are associating the right curswor with the right value (I recall there are more than one cursor ro you can get difference measurements)....

Are you referring to the correct cursor and then looking at the value. Is the same issue seen in Vivado Simulator? Please let us know so that we can check it further.
