When using batch mode simulation, I can't see the source code in simulator.

Jump to solution

Hi,

My script as follows,

xelab work.my_design_tb -prj simulate_xsim.prj -debug all -s my_design_tb

xsim -g -wdb sim.wdb my_design_tb -view sim.wcfg

When I launch the simulator using batch file as above, I can't see the source code in Sources page.

I want to try break point in line function. How can I solve it?

Thanks.

If you want cross probing to source code, I'd suggest that you run simulation in project mode.

Hi Graces,

I got it. When using non-project mode, I can't link debug to line using "xelab -debug all".

Thanks.
