[XSIM 43-3294] Signal EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION received using Vivado 2017.3

When simulating fairly large project using Vivado 2017.3 using multiple .sv files, I get error below. I have attached source for sim_services_package.sv where the error appears to originate from. Please help on identifying what could be causing the issue?

Compiling package xil_defaultlib.sim_services_package

Hi iavendano@aidinc-usa.com,

Can you please share the complete test case rather than the package file alone to check this issue at our end ?
