vivado xelab --wto option used but undocumented

Jump to solution

The scripts created by export_simulation call xelab with the option --wto, e.g.

xelab --relax --debug typical --mt auto \
     -wto 2e693d26bdf4473b96a3e1eb0674775e -m64 -L xil_defaultlib -L secureip ...

I couldn't find documentation on this --wto option. Neither with xelab --help or in UG900.

What is behind ?

The parameter of --wto is apparently a 128 bit nuber in hex.

What is the meaning of the parameter of --wto ?

The flag '-wto' to xelab don't impact anything on xelab behavior. This flag got added to xelab based on setting related with webtalk done during Vivado installation. You can simply ignore this flag.
