DCM Phase shift limits

In looking at the Spartan 6 data sheet (DS162) for phase shifting, Table 52 shows DCM_DELAY_STEP in picoseconds. Table 57 shows the max and min fine shift range in nanoseconds, yet it references the DCM_DELAY_STEP. Should these all be in picoseconds??

I'm looking for the maximum phase shift I can dynamically change.

Yes, there is a typo in Table 57
