Does Spartan-6 support the dynamic reconfiguration with ICAP?

Jump to solution

The user guide(ug380) of Spartan-6 does not mention that it can write the configuration memory with ICAP. So I want to know if we can rewrite the configuration memory with ICAP.

Thank you!

You mean partial reconfiguration? No, it's not supported on the Spartan series.

Hi,
Multiboot is supported through ICAP. You may want to download sp605 reference design.
