I'm trying to use Chipscope with Avnet S6LX16 dev board. (BTW, it seems Chipscope running with no licensing issues yet.) I purchased a Diligent JTAG-HS2, whose web page at https://www.digilentinc.com/Products/Detail.cfm?Prod=JTAG-HS2 says it's "compatible will all Xilinx tools and can be seamlessly driven from iMPACT, Chipscope, and EDK."
I plugged in the JTAG-HS2 and a driver was automatically installed. In Device Manager, I see it recognized as a "USB Serial Converter". It's in fact using an FTDI driver, which I already had installed, because I have a number of FTDI chip based USB-to-Serial converters.
Chipscope can't find it. So I assume this is the wrong driver. But the JTAG-HS2 didn't come with a driver disk or any paper doc at all; the website quoted above doesn't seem to lead to a driver, and a few google searches didn't turn up a driver.
Any suggestions, please?

POBABLY SOLVED.
See http://www.digilentinc.com/Products/Detail.cfm?Prod=DIGILENT-PLUGIN
Install both Plugin and Adept
Read instructions in pdf found inside download, immediately under Xilinx version folder, such as ISE12x folder
which includes advice on how to open plugin
Chipscope now seems to be finding cable and target
Hey, Diligent, how about adding the link above to your JTAG-HS2 page at https://www.digilentinc.com/Products/Detail.cfm?Prod=JTAG-HS2 ? (Yes, there *is* a link to Adept, but not the Plugin.
