We have selected the FPGA Spartan6 " XC6SLX16-2FTG256C " for one of our new projects. We would like to know the total power consumption (approximately) of the device for the following criteria.
Total utilization factor:75 %
Also If you could please let me know the current requirement for VCCINT , I have attached the Power Estimator sheet that we have worked. Could you please check whether the way we reached the final consumption is right.

The power consumption depends upon design used in FPGA and environmental entries like ambient temperature etc.
As per attached XPE document, the power consumption for VCCINT is 0.106A. It seems to be low unless if you are using very small design. Please make sure that all your design entries made. Please refer the below user guide to know the usage of XPE spread sheet. http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx11/ug440.pdf

Thanks for your reply.How can we estimate toggle rate of I/O's,LUTs and DSP slices.Is default 12.5% is enough?

The "worst case" value that can ever occur?
Is there a maximum rating for the VCCINT current?

@Syamily If you run simulations as per your application requirement and run XPA then it extracts all the exact toggle rates from saif/vcd simulations files. If you do not run simulations as per application, then you may set approximations as per approximations.
