Simulating a Spartan-3E through Spice

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to simulate the internal technology speed of my Spartan 3E FPGA (Through Ring Oscillators). Therefore I'm using LTSpice, but I want to know if it is possible to find the EXACT model of the 90nm MOSFET technology used in these Xilinx FPGAs, or I must use the "GENERIC" models described in the web, for example, the given by http://ptm.asu.edu/latest.html?

Thanks in advance,

Juanescarvajal!

J,

Spice models for technologies belong to the foundry, and are proprietary.
