Spartan 3E 1600E Power Management and custom board

Hello,

I'm trying to design a custom PCB for a 1600E. The reference designs and the user guides of the starter kits recommend using the Texas Instruments TPS75003 for power management. However, the TPS75003 can only handle 3A, and this TI page states, that the 1600E has an Imax of 4A:

The schematics of the reference design and the schematics of the user guides for the starter kits are not specifically for the 1600E, but for all 3Es, so it could be a Copy&Pasto of the 500E PDFs.

I'm unsure, if the TPS75003 is suited and what parts to use for the inductors, transistors and diodes.

Also, the recommended Inductors aren't available, not even at digikey or farnell.
