Spartan 3E ADC input signal difference in mA

I am connecting my ADC to a pH probe where voltage is only in mV.

I have inserted a 1.65V into the probe (BNC) to suit the ADC input range, but the difference ph4 and pH 7 solution is only 5mV. i am able to see the different in my LCD. I am not sure if my approach in inserting is correct, buut kindly advise what else can i do??

Spartan 3E FPGAs do not have ADCs.

What does your question have to do with FPGAs?

----------------------------Yes, I do this for a living.
