Please use the "Insert Code" button (it is the clipboard with the C) on the toolbar when you cut-and-paste so that everything is readable.
Device IDCODE : 00000100110001010000000100100110 Expected IDCODE: 00000010011000101000000010010011
The idcode has been shifted by one position. This indicates that you have another device in the chain that was not described by your project file or that you have a signal integrity problem with the JTAG chain.

That would be a question to the person that designed your board.

I have exactly this issue with the Spartan 3AN starter kit. I'm trying to program over USB using the Master Serial method and have pins set as in page 39 of the ug334.pdf guide.

Please start a new thread.
From the New Users Forum README thread:
4. Please do not post a new topic or question on someone else's thread -- start a new thread!
Interrupting a discussion with an unrelated topic or question is not simply rude, it is considered disrespectful. This is called hijacking.
- If your question or topic is unrelated (and unhelpful) to an existing thread, please start a new thread.
- We want to avoid unreadable threads with 100s of posts which cover topics ranging from power supplies to memory controllers. Such threads are of no benefit to the users who will follow after you, and a disservice to the creator of the thread who is also seeking help.
