problem with the cable connection in iMPACT

I'm a newer for FPGA. My os is  Linux r 2.6.26-2-amd64, and the xilinx ise is 12.4

when i connect JTAG  with  PC by cable , the error occured.

 

messages followed:

 

 

WARNING:iMPACT -  Module windrvr6 is not loaded. Please reinstall the cable drivers. See Answer Record 22648.

Cable autodetection failed.

I found some cable drivers ,but it's useless. The iMPACT could't detect the usb.

How should i do?

Suggest you search the forums for "usb cable driver linux".  This topic has been discussed quite recently.
