From the slides and Figure 9-1 in TRM it seems the 3 PL Voltage is also monitored by PS_SYSMON.
But from table 9-2 I can't find the PL voltage channels.
So my question is if the 3 PL voltage is redundantly monitored by both PL_SYSMON and PS_SYSMON?
If the answer is Y, how to get the monitoring results?
BTW, in table 9-2 and 9-3 it seems the "channel number" and "register address offsets" are not sequential.
So dose all the monitored voltage channel listed in table 9-2 and 9-3? What if read the channel / address offset not listed?

The "extra" PS sysmon supplies are muxed in as shown in your diagram.
Table 9-4 shows the extra channels you can get from this AMS register set.
Way to do this is to do put the PS Sysmon into single channel mode (CONFIG_REG1) and select one of the channels in table 9-4 CONFIG_REG0
In this case PL Vccint is channel 54 (0x36)
You could read the result in the AMS Measurement registers

In this case we are sampling this channel in the PS SYSMON.
You can see in the picuture you shared there are extra channels muxed into the PS sysmon.
If the PL SYSMON is not instantiated you can have access to it from the PS. This would allow you to have the VCCINT on the PL and other supplies from the PL sampled on the PL sysmon

Since 3 PL voltage can be redundantly monitored by both PS_SYSMON and PL_SYSMON, I can compare the sampling results for PS_SYSMON and PL_SYSMON diagnostic. The 2 sampling results should be within a tolerance, otherwise there must be a fault in one of SYSMON.
