RX_BITSLICE Connection From General Fabric?

Hi,

I have an application where a signal from the general logic fabric is input to an IDELAYE3, and then output from the IDELAYE3 to the D input of an ISERDESE3. This is using an Ultrascale XCVU125 device.

I am wondering if it possible to replicate my application using Native Primitives, specifically using an RX_BITSLICE.

However it looks like the data input DATAIN to an RX_BITSLICE is required to be input from an IOB pin, and cannot be input from a signal from the general fabric? Is this the case?

Thanks.

That is correct. The Native Mode primitive ie RX_BITSLICE DATAIN port can only connect to an IOB not to the fabric.
