Ultrascale FPGA trasceiver power on current values

We are having the power on current values for VCCINT, VCCBRAM, VCCAUX, and VCCO power supplies in DS 892 pg.No 11. But not for MGTAVTT,MGTAVCC,MGTVCCAUX power supplies.

Could you please help me, where to get these values or how to get these values?

Ultrascale Architecture has two types of transceivers, there are   

  • Ultrascale GTH (16.3 Gb/s): Low power & high performance for the toughest backplanes
  • Ultrascale GTY (30.5 Gb/s): High performance for optical and backplane applications; 30G transceivers for chip-to-chip, chip-to-optics, and 28G backplanes.

 

GTH POWER SUPPLY 

The GTH transceiver Quad requires three analog power supplies:

1. MGTAVCC at a nominal voltage level of 1.0 VDC for Ultrascale FPGAs and 0.9 VDC for Ultrascale+ FPGAs

2.MGTVCCAUX at a nominal voltage level of 1.8 VDC

3.  MGTAVTT at a nominal voltage level of 1.2 VDC.

The pins for each of these analog power supplies are tied to a plane in the package. In some packages, there are two planes (a north plane and a south plane) for each of the analog power supplies.

Thanks for your quick response, I would like to know the current values after power on.

For example for VCCINT as per DS892[Pg.No 11]

Table:7 Power on current by a device

ICCINTMIN+ICCINT_IOMIN=>ICCINTQ+ICCINT_IOQ+2400

similarly, where can I get information for MGTAVCC, MGTAVTT, MGTVCCAUX

I need MGT's quiescent and static current values once power up the FPGA.

1. This information is required to select the appropriate regulator[for MGTAVCC and MGTVCCAUX] to my design.

2. I know how much logic I am going to use for MGT's[Clocks, number of pairs etc..]

Just I need current values after power up the FPGA.

@sthotakura You need to use Xilinx Power estimator or Vivado Report Power if you have the RTL. XPE can be downloaded from here and quicker way to get the estimate since you know your logic utilization. 

Please review the below and you will be able to get the current draw on the MGT rails to be able to design your power supply.
