Difference between xczu7ev-fbvb900 and xczu4ev-fbvb900

i want to know why 7ev uses 4gb processing unit and 4 ev uses just 2 gb?

Both devices ( ZU4EV and ZU7EV) are compatible with the following memories devices: 

X32/X64: DDR4, LPDDR4, DDR3, LPDDR3, with ECC

If you have different FPGAs with different RAM configurations, it may be that these boards are designed for different applications or different degrees of design complexity. In this way manufacturers offer different solutions some more expensive, others cheaper. I hope you found this information helpful
