We need to use an external 4GHz sample clock for driving the ADCs and DACs.
Power levels are listed in Table 120 of the switching characteristcs guide

No one has been able to find any additinoal information.
Q: Can we use a 4GHz sine wave to drive these differential input pins on the FPGA?
