VRP termination for Kintex Ultrascale XCKU115 (cascading DCI)

To enable DCI for I/O banks I need to terminate VRP with 240 Ohms at at least one bank in every "bank column". From what I can gather, this means I need VRP-termination at at least one bank for banks 24/25, one for banks 44..48 and one for banks 64..68. Is this correct?

Hi,

DCI is only available for HP banks. I hope you are using the xcku115 -flva1517 package according to your given data. The below figure shows that bank 65 and 64 are High Range Banks(DCI is not available).

Yes, you are right. You need atleast one VRP termination at one bank for the HP banks in the same IO Bank column uses DCI.
