I'm using SolidWorks FlowSimulation to thermally simulate the XCZU29DR-1FSVF1760I on a new PCB. Xilinx offers Delphi models "simplified model" for both Flotherm and Icepak - I don't have access to either software. The pdf document, xapp1301-mechanical-thermal-design-guidelines.pdf, specifies that the "two resistor thermal model is not recommended". Instead it recommends to use the delphi model early in the design process and a detailed model for the end of the development cycle. The thermal design guidelines document specifies that the Delphi model can be constructed using the thermal resistances documented in tables 1-4 thru 1-9. As far as I can tell, these tables do not cover the XCZU29DR-1FSVF1760I. Where can I find the corresponding values for XCZU29DR-1FSVF1760I? Also, where do I find the details for creating the "Detailed Model" referenced on page 25?
Any help is appreciated.

This is a typo, and XCZU29DR-1FSVF1760I resistor value is in Table 1-9.
