@fanwei JTAG is powered off VCCAUX rail. So on your KCU105, "only" LED DS18 is "OFF" ?

If yes, you can try reprogramming the Power Controllers. Check these AR's

Hello @fanwei,

Please check below board debug checklist

https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/63739.html

If everything is perfect as per 'Switch and Jumper settings' , 'Board Power' and 'Cable detection', then 'JTAG Initialization' is the topic which can provide additional insights to further debugging.

Regards,
Ashish
