AccelDSP problem

Hi,

I am using System Generator+AccelpDSP 9.2 evaluation version. And I have ISE foundation 9.2i evaluation version+service pack 4 installed on my computer. When I try the 'FIR' example to build a block for simulink, at the 'Generate Fixed Point' step, I have the following error:

#AccelDSP 10% Generate -fixedpoint
Generate -fixedpoint
#( I-DESIGNFUNC-0002): Design function is currently set to 'for n.fir'
#(        I-MAT-0003): E:\Xilinx\dsptools\9.2.00.967\AccelWork\FIR\fir.m(27): Instantiating function "mtimes_001".
#(  I-ACCELWARE-0002): Generated AccelWare Mtimes design file "E:\Xilinx\dsptools\9.2.00.967\AccelWork\FIR\MapFunctions\mtimes_001.m".
#g++.exe: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1plus': No such file or directory
#MINGW3~4.EXE: *** [fir_mex.o] Error 1
#(          E-C-0010): Compilation error
#( I-FIXEDPOINT-0001): Generate Fixed Point finished successfully.
#( I-FIXEDPOINT-0006): Estimated number of I/O pins is 42.  Maximum available on the selected device/package is 448.
#(    I-GENERAL-0001): Time elapsed: "0.28" seconds

Does anyone know why?

Thanks a lot

Re: AccelDSP problem

Hi unb0082,

It looks like it may be an installation issue.  Do you see the file cc1plus inside of the AccelDSP installation directories?  If not, please try to reinstall your software.  If that doesn't solve the problem please file a Xilinx support case.

Best regards,
Tim

Re: AccelDSP problem

Thank you , Tim. I have found that file under 'AccelDsp' directory and I have tried to reinstall, as well as other troubleshooting on Xilinx website, still no go.

Besides, My When I run my system generator example lab 2 case, it says 'gcc.exe: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1': No such file or directory'. So I guess I'll have to file a web case.

Thank you anyway.
