Demosaic IP output is dark

The 12bit RAW data from the image sensor is converted using Video In To AXI4-Stream and input to the demosaic IP to output RGB121212.
I am using the higher 8 bits of RGB121212 to output HDMI from logiCVC, but only dark images are displayed. When I increased the gain on the image sensor side, it became slightly brighter, but it is not a colorful image. Is there any solution?

Can you draw block diagram of your complete Video pipeline?

If possible if you can give details of those IPs and there configuration settings that will be more helpful.

Above is our Linux based design which uses sensor demosaic with the sensor, meanwhile you can refer PG286 for simulation-based example design to identify the challenge with your design implementation with sensor demosaic IP.
