Hi,
Question regarding HDMI 2.0 Tx Subsystem.
Does the Artix 7 -2 speed grade support 4096 x 2160 @60fps , 8 bit color, and 4 pixels per clock?
This means a video clock of 148.5MHz, link clock of 148.5MHz, and pixel clock of 594MHz?
Can someone confirm if this is doable? Or is the link clock limited to 74.25MHz for Artix 7 devices?

Hi @alrodrig,
Strictly speaking about the Xilinx HDMI IP, you can only do HDMI 1.4 (so max 4096×2160 @ 24 Hz)on Artix-7. From pg235:
However, you might want to discuss with your FAE about this.

No, it's not support. Please see Table 4‐2 (page 57) of https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/ip_documentation/v_hdmi_tx_ss/v3_0/pg235-v-hdmi-tx-ss.pdf
Artix-7 -2 speed grade only supports all HDMI 1.4 resolutions.
4096 x 2160 @ 60fps is part of HDMI 2.0 resolution.
