I've always been partial to the Nexys Video board myself.  It might depend, though, on how you wish to get the grabbed video back off of the board.

Hi @lucacarone,

is it possible realize it with FPGA ?

Yes this is definitely possible. I know that some commercial frame grabbers are using a FPGA.

You can suggest a product to develop it? You can suggest a develop board?

I will suggest a board on which Xilinx has an HDMI example design (KC705/KCU105/ZC706/ZCU102):

However, you should discuss this with a sales offices / authorized distributor. I don't really know what are all the requirements for a frame grabber.

Regards,

Florent

Thank you for the answer.

The board : http://store.digilentinc.com/nexys-video-artix-7-fpga-trainer-board-for-multimedia-applications/ seems good for our project. There are a demo firmware to grab video from hdmi:

https://reference.digilentinc.com/learn/programmable-logic/tutorials/nexys-video-hdmi-demo/start

good!

I found the board https://hdmi2usb.tv/numato-opsis/, but your board is most recent.
