How to generate NTSC timing by using VTC(Video Timing Controller)

Hello,

I have to design NTSC 480i by using Zynq and ADV7123(Analog Device Video DAC component)

so I could get the image but there is an error.

sometimes, even,odd lines swaps so I checked the waveform but there aren't Equalizing pulses and serration pulses

when I read the PG016, VTC doesn't support  NTSC.

so I don't know how to generate the signals(equalizaing pulses and serration between even and odd fields)

my vtc is v6.1 and only generation mode(not detection mode)
