LogiCORE IP Video Processing Subsystem (VPSS) Scaler

Jump to solution
Hi All,

Does VPSS Scaler Only Mode change resolution of 3840x2160 to 1919x1079 ?
I think it can change 3840x2160 to 1920x1080, but please let me know if the above setting is possible.

Thanks for the help.

Regards
Ryuta

@ryuta.iimura

The VPSS can scale to non-standard timing resolutions, but you will need to make a custom timing table to add the new timing information.

For details on how to do this, refer to the following link:

You may run into issues with an odd number of pixels in the line, especially if you are using a 4:2:2 video format.
