OSD colours

Hi

I've got the OSD to output text and boxes (at last). I'm now struggling with the colours. I've used the colour example 7-8 in the OSD product guide:

//table 7-8 from OSD product guide
u32 ColorData[16] = {
0x00000000, //0 100% transparant
0x800000ff, //1 light red 50% transparent
0x8000ff00, //2 light green 50% transparent
0x80ff0000, //3 light blue 50% transparent
0x80ffff00, //4 light cyan 50% transparent
0x8000ffff, //5 light yellow 50% transparent
0x80ff00ff, //6 light purple 50% transparent
0x80ffffff, //7 white 50% transparent
0x80000000, //8 black 50% transparent
0x80000080, //9 dark red 50% transparent
0x80008000, //a dark Green 50% transparent
0x80800000, //b dark blue 50% transparent
0x80000000, //c black 50% transparent
0x80808080, //d Dark grey 50% transparent
0x800c0c0c, //e Light grey 50% transparent
0x00000000 //f 100% transparent
};

And I get the attached colours. Can some one explain why I don't get the colours as described above?

Is this a well known issue or has no one encountered this? Please note that the above image is a cut and paste of the images I get on the screen. The text to the right I have added.

I encountered the same problem. Did you solve this problem?

Edit: I have found a pattern that fits color brightness:

From brightest to darkest in hex: F > 7 > B > 3 > D > 5 > 9 > 1 > E > 6 > A > 2 > C > 4 > 8 > 0

This works for my one of the project.

I have created another project and color pattern that OSD product guide suggests, is worked.
