Running 12G-SDI on Kintex-7 or Zynq7030 devices

Dear Forum,

PG205 for the UHD-SDI IP core states that 7-series (GTXE2) and Zynq-7000 SoC (GTXE2) devices can support this IP. However for the E2 temperature and speed grade combination, the GTX units only run up to 10.3125Gpbs, it takes a -3 speed grade chip to reach the 12.5Gbps max XCVR data-rate.

If a -3 speed grade chip is selected, can any 7-series Kintex or Zynq chips with 12.5Gbps XCVRs support a 12G-SDI design?
