We're trying to implement MIPI DSI-DPHY with ZUC102, where we want to add the bus turn around functionality to the D-PHY IP core. Our idea is to wire out the dl0 signals (rx_dl0_lp_p/rx_dl0_lp_n) from the IP and to design and implement the LPDT functionalities for BTA. There might need an external switch for BTA event, however, the concern is, is it feasible to wire out the signals from the IP?

As you may already aware this is not supported by Xilinx MIPI D-PHY IP. (See also PG202)
For MIPI application , we recommend to use Xilinx MIPI D-PHY IP ( Using IP macro that generated by wizard without any modification. You will not get any help modifying this IP ).
BTW, If you are planning to make the D-PHY IP from scratch, there are only IBUFDS_DPHY or OBUFDS_DPHY buffer available. I don't think you can use it as input/output without re-configuring the device.
