coregen DDC error in importing floating number of coeffient of FIR filter

FDA tool generate the coefficient file for FIR filter as below:

but  .coe file that i were imported into coregen ddc FIR stage came up with error the coefficient cannot in floating numbers.

How can i solve this problem?

Xilinx Answer record 5366 details how to normalize your floating point coeffecient values to a format that will be accepted in Core Generator:

I had tried to convert. My filter with floating point the response starting point is 0dB.
After converted to integer number the response starting point is started from 100dB.
Although the shape are same.Is it can be acceptable? why?
