hdmirxss can't detect 2160P60

I use zcu106+vcu_hdmi_rx_2020.1 for test. zcu106 can't detect 2160P60 at
first, but if I switch HDMI input to 1080P60, it can detect format, then
switch back to 2160P60, it can detect now!
Following is how I test:
1, Set Blackmagic teranexAV HDMI output to 2160P60, connect it to zcu106 HDMI Rx,
then power on zcu106 , run media-ctl -p and find it can't detect the format.

Refer to pg236: For 2160p60 YUV444/RGB video, only 8-bits is supported as
defined by HDMI 2.0 spec due to bandwidth limitation. I think this is not my
situation.
