mipi-csi2-rx subsystem license expire for vivado2018.3

Jump to solution

Dear,

Why my all previous Vivado2018.3 projects (event previous Boot.bin) could not work again even I apply new license (120 days) of mipi-csi2-rx subsystem recently?

I also try to do "Reset Output Products" and re-synthesis...bitstream (all pass), but they all could not work again for my ZCU102 FPGA board?

Any comments?

Hello p.ching.kuang@gmail.com

1. I am not sure if this is a license issue, since you can synthesis and generate bitstream without any issue.
Could you please check if this is not a board issue ?
( If previous boot.bin does not work, I believe this is HW related issue )

2. BTW, since 2020.1, Vivado has included MIPI CSI-2 TX/RX Subsystem IP without any extra cost ( It does not requires a license anymore )
If you can ensure that this is not HW/board issue, but the issue persist, you could also migrate to 2020.1 (or newer Vivado version).

Kind regards
Leo
