Camera Link to SDI convertion

Jump to solution

Hello,

I must implement a Camera Link to SDI convertor in Artix7. Has somebody any idea what is the best way to do that?

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Farzad

Hi farzad.hosseini@ruag.com,

Yes xapp585 and xapp1097 are the one you should use for reference. But you are still required to do your own bridge between  the input and output. I do not think there is any example of this. You need to create your own logic

Hi farzad.hosseini@ruag.com,

You need to create a bridge to convert the signals from Camera Link to SDI, then you can use the SDI IP.

Dear Florent,

 thanks for your reply.

Yes, the issue is the bridge. I need more details.

Can I use the High Speed SelectIO Wizard or use XAPP585?

Are there any application notes, which could be helpful for beginners?

Regards,

Farzad
