FPGA compatible with Display Port RX Subsystem 2.1 Macro w/ small package

Jump to solution

Dear all,

Can you recommend an FPGA compatible with DisplayPort RX Subsystem v2.1 macro that has a package smaller than 23x23 ?
Even more solutions are welcome.

Thanks in advance,

Best regards,
Andrea

HI @andreac_avnet,

The DP1.2 Subsystem IP only supports GTX Tranceivers.

So you need Kintex-7 fabric. But Kintex-7 smaller package is 23*23 (FBG484). So you need to look on zynq-7000 side. It seems that the only option is Z-7030 SBG485 (19x19).
