I am working of streaming HD video from HD-SDI camera to the ARTIX-7 evaluation board via GTP tranceiver and display it on a screen using HDMI out interface.
It is a video passthrough using GTP interface as input and HDMI interface as an output.
I am looking for help to accomplish and validate this architecture. Your suggessions ahd help is very welcome.
Thank you in advance.

You are not giving details about your board. Assuming that you have a AC701, you have an on-board HDMI. So I would start by having this working using a TPG (you will also need a i2c controller to control the ADV7511 and a VTC and a AXI4S to Video out IP).
Then when this is working you can start with the SDI interface. So I would start with the xapp1097 (with an inrevium TB-FMCH-3GSDI2A SDI FMC). When this is working you can try to merge both designs.

Thank you for your valuable return.
My board is a AC701 boar but my goal is to make HD-SDI RX from the onboard Artix AC701 GTP and display the video through the Artix AC701 onboard HDMI Out, and avoid using the (inrevium TB-FMCH-3GSDI2A SDI FMC).

Not sure if you will be able to achieve that.
What clock will you use for the GT? Also with the FMC card, the SDI input are not directly connected to the GTs...

I will use 148.5/1.001 MHz for the RX.
You sad "SDI input are not directly connected to the GTs". To what they are connected to interface it to the GTP?

Check the TB_FMCH_3GSDI2A HW manual. There are equalizer for the RX lines
