We went through a standalone DPDMA example (harden DP) on a customized Zynq Ultrascale+ based board, the debug print shows the test success but nothing shows on the monitor.

the monitor is DELL 2415b proven works with a Xilinx ZCU102.

The standalone program print output:

no changes to the BSP lib which the standalone program links against;

Hi haiyuan_li@mentor.com

Could you give some details about your monitor?

Is it a DP monitor (make sure you are not using an adapter)? What is the maximum supported resoution?

Maybe the application is trying to use an unsupported resolution

Hello haiyuan_li@mentor.com

I believe you are following steps provided at https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/Video/Standalone-DisplayPort-on-ZCU102/td-p/892936 (Check for solution post by @florentw).

Kindly recheck on changing psu_dp driver from avbuf to dppsu.

Are you re-plugging cable or providing HPD pulse, after first run of application?
