I Want to ask that it is possible to doing a watermarking using simulink and xilinx system generator blocksets .Also I want to ask that must be the all the xilinx system generator blocksets is supported by hdl or not because Must I do a vhdl code also.

On what are you trying to put a watermark?
Is it on some data, like a vidoe stream, that you are passing through a design, etc?
In order to answer this, you will need to provide quite a bit more details on what you are tryig to do.

Thanks for replying me.
I'm doing a color Image watermarking algorithm based on DCT-DWT (Discrete Cosine Transform and Discrete Wavelet Transform )
1- I select on of the channel red ,green or blue.
2-then making 4X4 blocks of pixel then the DCT is applied to each block
3- then DWT
4-embedding a binary image watermark
My question is can I make it using simulink and xilinx system generator (I have bought the xilinx spartan 3A)
and can I convert it to vhdl ( or alll xilinx system generator blocksets ) supported by vhdl.

Yes, this is a reasonable application to do on an FPGA.
But with that said, Xilinx does not have IP for this application, so you would need to build it out of the availble blocks, or import some HDL as a black box.
