I/O Port access

I am trying to access the i/o port connections on my xpuv5lx110t board so that i can show an output on a CRO.

Please help!!

Is this a custom board design, or a standard development board?

If a development board, refer to the reference design documents for the board.

If a custom board design, you'll need schematics (and possibly FPGA source code) from the original designer.
