Problems with CORDIC ip core (Arc Tan)

I try to use CRDIC v3 ip core for calculating phase of the vector (complex number). Virtex-4. Input width - 41, output width - 41. Parallel, maximum pipelining, phase format - radians, rounding - nearest even. But results seems wrong or i made something wrong.

Input vectors (for example) -  x=y="11111110110101011111101000001110000000000"= near 0,03613 (i round the result) 

 

Matlab says that phase is -2.3562 (or 0.7854)

 

The output of CORDIC ip core is - "11100001010110001111101001001110011101010"=0,95703 (i round the result) 

 

Where is my problem?? 

 

PS I had read "AR #19069 - LogiCORE CORDIC - Why do the Arctan function outputs appear to be incorrect?" but it didn't help

I solve my problem. The reasons were : i turn on coarse rotation and change round mode to "round Pos Neg Inf". Why it helps me I dont know. "Buben" helps.

I solve my problem. The reasons were : i turn on coarse rotation and change round mode to "round Pos Neg Inf". Why it helps me I dont know. "Buben" helps.
