Virtex 5 interface with gigabit ethernet PHY

Can we Interface Virtex-5 XC5VSX95t with Giga bit ethernet PHY, if yes? where can i get the pin connections details with respect to Hardware ?

NDA = Non Disclosure Agreement.
Means that you agree not to tell anybody what is in the datasheet (but check the small print!)

If you aren't going to use lots of their chips, they might not want to talk to you at all, but some vendors are better than others in that regard.

Yes you can.

FPGAs do not have dedicated ports, so this can be placed in many different ways.  First you started with selecting a PHY, and then an interface SGMII, RGMII, or GMII and then you selectio IO or MGT resources that meet the interface requirements.

We are decided to go for SGMII,but we are bit confused in selecting PHY,can you suggest us any PHY?

Marvell, Broadcom and Vitesse all have PHYs that support SGMII.   You will need to sign NDAs for access to their datasheets.
